Walking Works

So after not losing any weight last week, I walked to and from work yesterday.  Although I was quite sore last night, I woke up this morning feeling great.  Of course I laid around the house this morning and didn't just get ready so, I was running late and not able to walk to work today.  By walking yesterday, I lost 1 pound. This just proves to me that me being lazy and not getting my walk in, is what is causing me to not lose the maximum weight that I should be.  Who knew the doctor was right?  So, I will definitely be walking to work tomorrow and starting next week I will walk to work at least 3 days a week, plus my walk that Julie and I do at lunch.
