I
find it absolutely amazing, that you can burn this amount of calories by
just walking.
I wish I would have taken the time to walk every day. I
am so much happier now that I am exercising 4-5 days per week, than when I
don't.
I have also been kicking my own butt with the muscle
strengthening and toning I am doing.
Tomorrow
is another session with my Trainer Heather. I look forward to my
sessions with her. To see what new exercises and strengthening she
teaches me so I can add to my routine.
