So another week without any weight loss. I know I have at least lost inches, but no weight loss to show for it. Of course I didn't walk as much the last week as I usually do and I drank a bottle of wine Friday. I don't really think I cheated other than the wine, but I keep saying exercise is the key to my success. I can eat healthy all I want and drop a pound here and there, but when I exercise I usually lose 3-5 pounds per week and that is what I need to do.
This week is starting off on a better note. I WALKED TO WORK TODAY! Yep I really did it. I am so proud of myself for this, because usually I would just not do it. Now to get myself to do this at least 3 days a week!
