Intermittent Fasting Results
So after 3 weeks of Intermittent Fasting this is what I have learned about myself. I did a 11am to 7pm schedule (this worried me because I normally wake up early).
- I can most definitely wait until 11am to eat.
- Knowing that I can't eat after 7pm and getting all my calories in, I am NOT hungry at all after the allotted hours.
- I don't find myself mindless eating.
- I am more able to control what I put in my mouth.
- I get 60-100 oz of water in each day.
- I lost 6 lbs and around 15" during these 3 weeks (I could have done better, but I was somewhat lazy and only worked out 1 day during the 3 weeks)
